This summer, the Jacobs Family Foundation awarded seven grants to Wellington community groups totaling $125,566. The recipient organizations have programs focused on education, athletics, and at-risk youth. They grants are:
New Horizons Elementary School – International Spanish Academy
Polo Park Middle School – S.T.E.M. Student Leadership program
Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach County – After-school S.T.E.M. program
Wellington High School – Special Needs Enterprise
Wellington High School Visual Arts Program – Technology and software upgrades
Wellington High School Athletics Program – Equipment upgrades
Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office – Wellington scholarships
